-In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring the wine to a simmer. Cook until reduced by half. -Reduce the heat to low and whisk in the butter, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined. Keep warm over low heat. -Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque and slightly pink on the inside. -Once the shrimp are cooked through, remove from heat and pour the sauce over top. Fried Prawns with a Creamy Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

-1 pound large peeled and deveined shrimp -Extra-virgin olive oil -Kosher salt -Freshly ground black pepper -½ cup all-purpose flour -3 tablespoons unsalted butter -1 shallot, diced -¾ cup dry white wine -½ cup heavy cream -1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Toss shrimp with enough oil to coat; season with salt and pepper. Spread flour in a shallow dish. Dredge shrimp in flour, shaking off any excess.

Melt butter in a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and shallot; cook until shrimp are pink and just cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.
